Hey everyone! News from Colorado...We just opened our shared use commercial kitchen and are looking for chefs, caterers, food trucks and any other foodie businesses wanting to get their start! Also wrapped up into the kitchen is our nonprofit, in which we work hard to tackle the food security issue we have here in our area. Excited to see what this new year will bring!
Still very busy running our ever expanding coffee shop + market in Gypsum, Colorado. Located right smack dab in between the Vail and Aspen ski resorts. We are DJ's + Dahlias and specialize in a delicious breakfast menu (with house made biscuits + gravy) specialty coffees and lattes and we even have a retail gourmet food market! Stop in to say hello!

Hello everyone!! I am excited to begin 2019 with a few words about what I do for a living:
While my wife Anne and I just opened our cafe in Gypsum, Colorado (DJ's + Dahlias), I also keep busy with DJ'ing for private parties and gearing up for the upcoming bustling wedding season in the Vail Valley.
The bulk of my time is spent working one-on-one with the couples that hire me for DJ services their very special day. I take pride in focusing on each couple and assuring that the look, sound, feel and ambience of their event is exactly what they envisioned. It is my job to make sure that they have peace of mind in the months leading up to their big day.
